What to expect, in plain terms

Everything you need to know before you ask about a date.

Price

$125 per event, an introductory price, plus any quoted travel fee.

Time

About 60 to 90 minutes of play. We need about 30 minutes to set up and about 10 to 15 minutes to pack up, so please reserve the space around that window.

Ages and group

Puzzles designed for roughly ages 8 to 12. Families and mixed age groups are welcome, and younger children may benefit from adult help. Best for 5 to 8 players, ask about smaller or larger groups.

Notice

Please inquire at least 48 hours in advance so we can receive photos of your space and adapt the clues. Shorter notice may be possible, subject to availability.

Space

We need one main play area and two distinct nearby spots for parts of the adventure. Different rooms or separate areas of a yard can work. Indoors or outdoors after a site review. For outdoor bookings, have an indoor backup in mind.

Deposit and balance

A $50 deposit reserves your booking once the date, location and scope are confirmed. The remaining $75 is due when we arrive to set up, before the game begins.

Cancellations and weather
  • If we cancel, your deposit is refunded in full.
  • If weather prevents the event, your deposit is refunded in full.
  • If you cancel for another reason, we refund $25 and retain $25 for preparation and location customization.
Travel

Based in Rock Springs and may travel to surrounding communities. Travel fees may apply outside the local area; your quote will show them before you book.

    We review your space

    Send photos of the main play area and possible nearby spots. We confirm the location works, any travel fee, and your quote.

    A $50 deposit holds the date

    Once the date, location and scope are confirmed, the deposit reserves your booking.

    We arrive and set up

    We bring and host the whole adventure. Setup takes about 30 minutes, and the remaining $75 is due when we arrive, before the game begins.

    You play, we pack up

    About 60 to 90 minutes of play, then we pack everything out in about 10 to 15 minutes.

How does a mobile escape room work?

You pick the place, a home, a yard or another suitable venue, indoors or out. We bring the Jack Frost Holiday Heist adventure to you, set it up in about 30 minutes, host the game for your group, then pack up in about 10 to 15 minutes. Please reserve the space for that whole window.

What does it cost?

Jack Frost Holiday Heist is $125 per event, an introductory price, plus any quoted travel fee. A $50 deposit reserves your date once the location and details are confirmed. The remaining $75 is due when we arrive to set up, before the game begins.

How many people can play?

Best for 5 to 8 players. Ask about smaller or larger groups and we will talk it through for your date.

Is it good for kids?

The puzzles are designed for roughly ages 8 to 12. Families and mixed age groups are welcome, and younger children may benefit from an adult on their team.

How long does it take?

Play lasts about 60 to 90 minutes. Add about 30 minutes before for setup and about 10 to 15 minutes after for packing up.
